Dead/Stuck pixels on camera screen?

I have an Olympus X43, bought about 2 years ago (so no warranty), with a significant area of pixel damage to the LCD screen. It doesn't affect the pictures at all, but I am looking into selling this to get an upgrade, and I was wondering how much impact this would have? I jog for 30 mins a day and do 2 minutes of plank, and 60 reps of a lower abs excersize. For breakfast I eat half a grapefruit, snack a handful of almonds or an apple or a kashi bar, lunch is half a veggie sandwich on whole grain bread, and dinner varies every day, but is usually a veggie stir fry or something along those lines. I will eat a portion roughly the size of a hand. I'm 145 lbs, 5"6 and I want to be 115 lbs as fast as possible. This sounds like the right way to do it, but I want some more opinions. Also, I drink tons and tons of water.

15year old boys depression story (thoughts wanted)?

lets keep this rather short. im now 15, parents split, good relationship with mum, okay with dad touchy at times, had anxiety and possibly other un diagnosed mental illness' for possibly 2years now. was on Citalopram for a bit. had a serotonin reaction and actually worsened my case. one day i was off to school like any morning i was late for the bus walking down the driveway and this massive thing just shot up my body and i burst into tears. i ran back inside and mum asked me whats wrong and i didn't know. i didn't have a clue. so i stayed home the day, next day was fine. weeks went by and it hadn't come again. then the same thing happened about about a month later but this time at the bus stop. mum asked me whats wrong and she got the same reply. we just thought it was hormones in teenager. months passed nothing more. by this time it was october 2010 and i had been depress free for some months then one day at school it hit me like a tonne of bricks and i started shaking and heavy breathing and grinding my teeth and just literally wanted to cause total destruction within the classroom. that was it. i was sent off to the doctors with mother and after describing my events to the gp he surprisingly diagnosed me with Endogenous Depression. a type of depression believed to be genetic (passed down from my father). then the episodes starting getting monthly, then weekly and eventually daily. getting up going to school ready to have my head stuck to the desks all day. crying, feeling hopeless. then my appointment at the Adolescent Mental Health Clinic came around. 4months after being referred. :/ shows how good new zealands health system is. i explained to them and they gave me the 2words i had been dreading. CLINICAL DEPRESSION. i had researched this on google previous to the meeting and it didn't look to promising. another appointment was set and i was put into a distress course to help me out. next meeting flew around. by then i was down and crying 24/7, losing weight rapidly(i was skinny enough as it was), no sleep, no schoolwork, no social life, no understanding from anyone. started turning to drugs and alks for relief and to build my social life back up. then they chucked me on Citalopram (celexia, ciprimil). at 20mg weeks went by no change, then 40mg. turned me into a zombie...literally. sleeping 24/7 mum thought i was stoned all the time. and actually asked me if i was doing drugs. of course i denied it. then lost contact with the Clinic by then it was feb 2011. my depression nd anxiety got so bad that i started having panic attacks and trying to commit suicide and it wasn't until a deliberate overdose of pain killers that they actually realized how serious my case was and sent n.zs best to work with me. turned out i had a rare serotonin reaction and instead of increasing flow of serotonin to the nerves it deprived it completely and i lost all happiness. now im private and off those death pills. i don't think my ex girlfriend helped me either but just recently i found the cause to my depression. my extremely low self esteem. i have no pride in myself, i hate the way i look. i grew my hair longer so i could cover up most of my face. my girlfriend was finding interest other places and the pile of tests and exams at school had build up and it all got to much but this time i survived. stuck my head down, done my work, found someone that actually likes me, and trying to be a better person. to this day i still get down alot but no where near as often. im on no medication and have fortnightly counseling sessions. i enjoy the little things in life and make the most of what life throws at me. although i had a bad experience and almost died i came out with knowledge that you cant get from a textbook and using this i want to help other people cause through all that sadness and grief there is hope, feel sorry for yourself. cry till there's no more tears. experiences may vary but i had it bad and i pulled through. got my friends back. a decent lady and is on top of his schoolwork. what a comeback story huh:)

Usually, the way someone tells if another is attractive or not is to take your dream self (dream hair, dream body, etc) and compare it to the other person... at least, thats how I do it. You will need a "recovery disc" which is typically provided to you by the manufacturer at the time of your purchase. However, some companies such as Compaq/HP DO NOT send a physical disc, instead, they create a special partition on your main (boot) drive and save a disc image to it for the purpose of recovery. Of course, this doesn't help you out much when the entire drive fails. If this is the case, you might be able to convince the hardware manufacturer to provide you with an actual install CD. (try to speak to a customer service supervisor & explain your situation to them) OK, if you have or manage to get a recovery disc, it most likely also contains your device drivers. Device drivers are small programs that tell the operating system (Windows) what kind of modem, network, sound and display cards, etc. are in the computer and are necessary in order for everything to work. Most manufacturers post device drivers on their website & you can download them once you get your computer running again. Fortunately, Windows installs generic drivers natively (just to get you started) but, some of them may not work properly so, you really do need to get the drivers that are specific to your internal hardware. OK, you have your recovery/install disc & your drivers...What to do next? Physically connect the replacement hard drive (taking note of where all cables and jumpers go) and power up the unit. Once powered up you will get an error message stating something like "no operating system found", that's OK and is to be expected since you haven't installed it yet. (BTW, reinstalling windows on an old drive is not a recomended practice as it will likely fail prematurely as well. Also, note that the entire reinstallation process will probably take about 30 minutes to complete. once you're up and running, you will need to connect to the internet, access Windows update (shortcut can be found at the top of the start menu) and get all of the latest security patches, etc. OK, in answer to one of your other questions: If a computer has been infected with a virus, the virus IS on the hard drive itself. You can connect it to your "new" computer as a slave drive in order to extract your data, but it's imperative that you virus scan it IMMEDIATELY upon connection so that your new install doesn't also become infected. Contrary to what your brother-in-law thinks, anti-virus software IS a necessity these days and you can find a few FREE ones on the web if you don't want to purchase Norton, Mcaffee, Computer associates or Sophos, etc. Just do a Google search for "free anti-virus software" Other note: you will also need to reinstall all of the software you had before (office suite, CD burning, media players, etc.) I hope this info helps you get started... Unlocked Blackberry, service does not work?

ABC Diet or 1200 calorie diet with PHENTERMINE?

I tried the ABC diet before but after 2 days I gave up. It's a tough diet to do but I do know some people who have completed it and lost a few pounds. I now eat about 500-1200 calories a day and sometimes I work out. This seems to be working for me. I'm 5'4 as well and I weigh 112 pounds. I'm 15 years old too, at our height and age we should be consuming at least 1800 calories a day and if we are active we should eat 2000. Now to me that seems like a lot but it's supposed to be a healthy amount if you eat the right foods. So even though 1200 calories is below the "healthy" amount of calories we should be taking I'm each day, it's healthier and easier to do every day instead of the abc diet. That's just my opinion though based on my experience. It can also be hard for your body to adjust to a different calorie intake everyday while you do the abc diet. It's going to be hard on you to drastically change the amount of food you eat everyday and it's going to take a toll on you too. What I mean by that is you will be tired and most likely get dizzy from not having energy or food in you so I suggest that you try sticking to a low calorie diet but you probably shouldn't go under 1200. Eat fruits and veggies they have hardly any calories and they will fill you up.

I need help finding a specific counted cross stitch ABC sampler.?

Many years ago, not sure exacty how many, I stitched an ABC Counted cross stitch Sampler for my friends son. They moved away shortly after and we lost touch with each other. I am going to try to describe as much as I have remebered about it. It is approx 15"w x 12"h. Stitched on 14 count White Aida cloth. There were 4 equal horizontal rows with varied sized "boxes" on each row and I think not the same amount on each. I don't remember what character represented each letter but I think I recall enough to hopefully be recognized by another avid and experienced stitcher or by the recipient of the Sampler. A = Airplane F = Fish O = Octopus R = Rabbit T = Train X = Zylophone W = Whale K = Kite... I have only listed the ones I was absolutley sure of. I think I know a few more but not sure. The only other distiguishing characteristic I can mention is the Picture were very bright and not at all realistic For Example: I think the airplane was bright yellow and the fish was rainbow colored.and maybe the xylophone as well. I am positive that the information I have given is MORE than enough for someone who has seen it. Why are there flake like stuff inside my ear?

Recently I went for a medical review had a hearing test. One of my ear could only hear sounds of varied frequency at consistent,lower dBs than the other ear. The medic said I have ear wax as i dig my ears. He gave me olive oil to put inside my ear once a day and ask me to return for a follow up treatment and retest. So I followed his instructions and use the oil and abstained from digging my ears. But today I went to touch it today and found these dried up stuff that are stucked to my ears at the ear canal where your pinky can reach on both ears. ( i know I am not suppose to do that I think?) is that normal? Or should I remove it? Erm, I stopped cleaning both my ears last weds, 22/6/2011 and today is Sunday 26/6/2011. High pitched ringing at night?

Some times late at night (between 12 and 4am) I can hear a High pitch ringing in my ears. It varies from a high pitch ring to a static sound. And when I turn my head in gets louder or dim and sometimes goes away completely, but when I turn my head back I can hear it again. We have our books sorted by topic, or series. Our series collections are alphabetical by author's last name. For example we have all the DK books in one place and all the Osborne books in one place. They usually have the topic written on the side. (We don't have them with the front facing out- just shelved). There are some labels on certain things. We have a HUGE collection of autism resources (we should start an autism book store, I swear) and it is labelled with dates because autism research goes gets old really fast. Okay. So I have been having noticeable stomach problems for about two months now, probably slightly longer. It started with just stomach aches that felt abnormal, then over the past couple weeks I have been experiencing sharp, sudden pains in my upper stomach/chest area. It moves a tiny bit, but usually stays around my right rib/breast and sternum. These attacks usually last anywhere from twenty minutes to multiple hours. Quickly after it begins nausea sets in. I went to my doctor about two months ago when I first noticed the weird aches. He perscribed a medicine for gas i believe, a small pink pill. I do not take any other medicine besides that, naproxen sodium (for cluster migranes, i've been taking it for about four years now as necessary) and ibuprofen (for cramps). Telus BlackBerry Network Problems!?

I have a BlackBerry Tour, it's a year old and I have never had a problem with it. I am with Telus. My SMS is the only thing that isn't working.. it works, but here's the funny part, it wont let me text this one contact! She can send me sms, but mine either doesn't send (has an X next to her name) or it sends 10-30 minutes later. I've tried Blackberry registration, I've tried pulling the battery over 5 times, I've tried shutting off the service a couple of times, erasing all the texts (I had over 5000). Everything else works, bbm, facebook, email, etc, and SMS does work for everyone but this one contact. Next to the X it says SMS Error 3, Message ID 134. Network Problems. Chest pains on my left side?

I'm 14 years old and I have been having problems with chest pains lately. I'm not overweight or underweight for my height and I have a healthy diet and a safe exercise routine for my age. I would personally say no because Alienware is overpriced. Its like buying Nike shoes when WalMart has the same ones for 1/4 the price. You can build or find another laptop with the same specs and I guarantee it will be cheaper. It might not look as cool on the outside but you can even find laptops designed for gaming with good cooling that are still cool looking and cheaper. Its a matter of personal preference. I would recommend stores however I live in Canada and I doubt you have any of the stores that I have near you. You should just do a little research around your area and look at laptops with the same specs and compare prices.

Logic doesn't govern dreams. They are products of your subconsciousness, and having weird ones does not mean that you are crazy or disturbed. I consider myself very healthy mentally (and physically, emotionally, etc--all these aspects of health are very interconnected) yet I also have some weird dreams myself, nothing too different from the type of dreams you've had. Realistic or logical dreams very rarely occur, mind you. Dreams may actually reflect some things in your mind, but it is not easy to connect them to anything in the real world. Maybe you should stop minding your dreams too much.

The trailer has no heating or air units that work and did not plan to fix but for me i had my own ...now all that is gone and expensive plus sentimental items that i will never have again. 52" HDTV Direct TV equipment..and other items.did she illegally do this and what should i do? This all happened between Thanksgiving and Dec 6th 2010 now I have nothing but the clothes on my back.

If its done then its done and you both need to move on. If he needs to move in with his parents then so be it...he'll just have to get over that.

6:30 and 7:00 are perfectly reasonable. My daughter is 3 and she goes to bed at 6:30 and wakes up at 7:00. Children in between 1-5 years old need at least 12 hours of sleep a night! I heard some crazy stuff about the Marine Corps. I heard from one friend, he got out at like week 3 or something of recruit training, he said he dropped out cause the Drill SGT's or Instructors (I'm not sure what there called, I apologize) hit him like punched him in the head a few times, and threw him around the barracks, and a couple nights he said they came in while everyone was sleeping and tossed there bunks while they were still in them. And a lot of recruits got hurt and they just stood there laughing and yelling. I also heard from somebody that at the rifle range during recruit training he missed a target and the D.I grabbed him and threw him on the ground and grabbed his rifle and hit him in the face with it and told him "every time you miss I hit you". I heard some other crazy stuff to,but WAY to much to type and those specific two were the ones that really threw me off. Cause I'm actually thinking about joining. Is this stuff true? Do they really throw you around, hit you, punch you, smack you around, hit you with weapons, etc? IDK The first guy that told me that I was like "yeah right" but when my other friend (these 2 guys don't know each other) told me something vary similar I got a little worried. What can I do about my 17yr old, Ali, pulling out fur from his rump,mainly. Tufts fly all over.?

I took him to the dr re: this condition and it was an unknown. Ali was given a cortisone injection into the area. Several years ago he was attacked on the rump but higher near the spine and had to get a series of injections to save him and then he had another altercation. He pulls in the left quadrant of the hip. He has always had the option of being inside or out. Is up to date with all necessary shots. There are no signs of illness other than being more stiff and having more of a challenge jumping. He is spoiled and my husband grooms him daily..even on his abdomen..too much..looks like a cat rug. He gets both a portion of canned (Fancy Feast) and a cup of dry Purina One, daily. He weighs 9 lbs. I hope you can help his bad habit. I thought about benadrel (sp) but that may not be a good idea. Why are there flake like stuff inside my ear?

Recently I went for a medical review had a hearing test. One of my ear could only hear sounds of varied frequency at consistent,lower dBs than the other ear. The medic said I have ear wax as i dig my ears. He gave me olive oil to put inside my ear once a day and ask me to return for a follow up treatment and retest. So I followed his instructions and use the oil and abstained from digging my ears. But today I went to touch it today and found these dried up stuff that are stucked to my ears at the ear canal where your pinky can reach on both ears. ( i know I am not suppose to do that I think?) is that normal? Or should I remove it? Erm, I stopped cleaning both my ears last weds, 22/6/2011 and today is Sunday 26/6/2011. I have been offered a job as Sessional Support Worker. Support Worker for this company is my ideal job so I was delighted after having been unemployed for a few months.
