Very bad pain in the stomach?

ok my stomach feels hard on the inside every ware it has been like that for months now it was not hurting till to day it seems like i have to go to the bathroom more often and when i do it feels like my bladder is being riped apart i have had a lot of gas and it is like there are a hole bunch of air bubbles in my stomach i have been vary bladed lately and i feel like throwing up is there a possibility that the pain could mean i am pregnant
