2gb data plan for blackberry torch?

So i just got a BB Torch and i have the 2 gb data plan, i dont want to go over this and the main thing im gonna use it for is BBM and maybe occasionally checking FB and Twitter, im scared to go over is there a way to check and see how much data i have on my phone and how much data do you guys use? Thanks :)
