Should I go to the Emergency Room for this?

I've been having really bad abdominal pains since Thursday and it's really, really, uncomfortable. I've also been having diarrhea a lot. My temperature has been really varying, 2 nights ago it was 103.6 and that's the highest it's been so far, and usually at night it goes up in the 100's, but right now it's around 99.6. My mom wants to take me to the ER, should I?
