Completed BBM What to do next?

Hi friends I(from AP) completed BBM and got lower rank in ICET so unable to get seat in dream universities.I dont want to take long term training or prepare for CAT. Could you please suggest me the various streams that can i choose for my further education?I am waiting for your valuable reply.....................
