I had a heart attack and was hospitalized during my stay i notified my landlady of what happened and?

advised her of 2wks notice (this was agreed by her) during the two weeks we got alot of rain my son could not pick my things due to rain(open trailer) I called her to advise she stated oh thats fine we are going out of town this weekend so dont worry about it. The rain let up the next weekend and we were ready to go I called her to meet us to give her the key she did not answer so I called my neighbor and she told me that Connie and Husband took my things out and on a trailer. I called Connie (landlady) she confirmed removing the things she could not just leave them and said they took them to dump. She never notified me of anything plus my important identity info plus my copy of rental agreement, clothing and all items for household gone and I even asked her did I owe you anything she said no and did rent the trailer out. The trailer has no heating or air units that work and did not plan to fix but for me i had my own ...now all that is gone and expensive plus sentimental items that i will never have again. 52" HDTV Direct TV equipment..and other items.did she illegally do this and what should i do? This all happened between Thanksgiving and Dec 6th 2010 now I have nothing but the clothes on my back.
