How much will it cost for me to get BBM on pay as you go, vodafone?

i have a Blackberry Bold, but i have no idea how to get the BBM working, im on pay as you go, with vodafone. some people say pay �20 a month, and some say only �5... can someone please help me and tell me, how much it really is????
