Telus BlackBerry Network Problems!?

I have a BlackBerry Tour, it's a year old and I have never had a problem with it. I am with Telus. My SMS is the only thing that isn't working.. it works, but here's the funny part, it wont let me text this one contact! She can send me sms, but mine either doesn't send (has an X next to her name) or it sends 10-30 minutes later. I've tried Blackberry registration, I've tried pulling the battery over 5 times, I've tried shutting off the service a couple of times, erasing all the texts (I had over 5000). Everything else works, bbm, facebook, email, etc, and SMS does work for everyone but this one contact. Next to the X it says SMS Error 3, Message ID 134. Network Problems. I don't know what else to do, I hate having to call the service provider (Telus).. but I wanna know if there are other things I could do before I get to that point. Has anyone experienced this?
