VODAFONE NOT LETTING ME SEND TEXTS/BBMS/CALL OR USE INTERNET?

I am on vodafone pay monthly. I pay 15 pounds a mnth and I have 300 minutes, unlimited texts and 500mb of internet. I was using all this like normal and then it just stopped letting me receive/send bbm's and said that my texts were failing and my internet wasn't working. I then tried to call my mum and it said 'connection to this number is restricted on this phone. please contact your cusomer care agent.;' Someone please help me?! I need my phone!
