I need help with my bbm :( ?

Hey guys, suddenly I'm having a problem with my bbm :( I woke up this morning, went on my phone, then when I go into bbm, it tells me I've been chatting to over 15000 contacts o.o and it's all the same person, and that specific person, I never talk to. Could you please help me and tell me a way that I could resolve this issue :(
