Cheapest plan for blackberry bold?

Im looking to buy a blackberry bold 9780 or the new 9900 when it comes out. I dont want to pay $40 or more im looking for carrier that i can get the phone cheap and the plan around $20-$35. I only need it for bbm and texts.
