MY BBM ISNT WORKING?! :(?

Earlier today it was working normally but I noticed that little black clock that comes up in the middle of the screen kept coming up and now my bbm recent updates arent coming up! every time i look it says the last recent update was 12:38 and its now 9:45! please please dont tell me my contacts have been erased :( thanks!BTW i need answers ASAP!
