Need ideas for pond activities for children...?

Hey. I am a new pond supervisor at a local summer camp. We have 2 paddle-boats and 3 rowboats. It is not a very big pond, but i am looking for some ideas of things that I can do with them. The ages vary from Kindergarten to 5th grade. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks!
