What happened between me and this boy?

so theres this kid and hes 2 yrs older than me, last summer we met and he would ALWAYS text me to hangout and every single time we were both on facebook chat he would always chat me, and on bbm theres these smiley faces and everytime i changed my picture he'd send me the "lovestruck" smiley face..so i guess he liked me? but i had a bf and i couldnt talk to him so later he got a really pretty gf and i didnt mind, then they brokeup and me and my bf brokeup too and then he would text and call me everyday since they brokeup but i always turned him down for some stupid reasons, then one night there was a party and we madeout and i started to have some feelings for him.. like alot of feelings, then when he asked to hangout with me a couple days after i had my friends graduation so i couldnt and ever since then he hasnt texted me at all, never fb chats me or anything at all! and his ex even comments on all his wallposts and stuff :( idk what i could do? i feel dumb texting him cuz he take like 20 mins or text back..or dosnt text back at all? ugh idk what to do.. help please!
